Man flees after crash; woman has life-threatening injuries

LAKE STEVENS — A man reportedly took off running Monday afternoon after a crash that left a woman with life-threatening injuries, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
The head-on collision happened north of Lake Stevens, at the intersection of 84th St. NE and 105th Ave. NE.
The road is closed while sheriff’s deputies search for the suspect.
