EVERETT — Dejon Devroe rushed for 136 yards and a touchdown on seven carries and also caught a 21-yard touchdown pass, and Oak Harbor used a 28-point second quarter to earn a Wesco 3A North league win over Everett. Sophomore quarterback Murdock Rutledge completed 13 of 22 passes for 75 yards for the Seagulls.
