Boo and beer events celebrate Halloween in Snohomish County

Nothing accompanies a boo better than a beer.
There’s concerts, costume contests and “trick or drink” events all over Snohomish County this weekend as breweries and bottleshops to celebrate Halloween. Here’s a look at what’s happening:
EMI Halloween Bash: Scuttlebutt Brewing’s Taproom is hosting Everett Music Initiative’s Halloween Bash at 8 p.m. Oct. 28 at the taproom, 3314 Cedar St., Everett. The concert includes Spirit Award, Bells Atlas and Baby Island. Tickets are $10.
‘Stranger Things’ Streaming Party and Halloween Party: Everett’s Crucible Brewing, 909 SE Everett Mall Way, is hosting a screening of the premiere episode of the second season of “Stranger Things” at 7 p.m. Oct. 27 and a Halloween party at 5 p.m. with game show, photo booth and costume contest on Oct. 28.
Trick or Drink!: Lake Stevens Brewing is hosting a Halloween bash from 2 to 10 p.m. Oct. 28 at the brewery, 2010 Grade Road. There will be a “trick or drink” event, $1 off pints for those wearing costumes, treat bags for kids and prizes for favorite costumes.
BOOwers Night: Route 2 Taproom and Grazing Place is hosting Dreadnought Brewing for a BOOwers Night from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 31 at the taproom, 19837 U.S. 2, Monroe. Dreadnought is bringing a blend of its Chocolate Jesus Stout and Lost Canoe Brewing’s Peanut Butter Porter for the event.
Halloween Party: Stop by Naked City Camano Island and enjoy Halloween at Camano Commons from 3 to 5 p.m. Oct. 31 at Camano Island Marketplace, 848 N. Sunrise Blvd., Building C, Camano Island.
