The Sophora is a large yet comfortable single level, four-bedroom home, designed for construction on estate-size acreage. This plan spans more than 115 feet.

A country-style porch, backed by multipaned windows gives the Sophora a friendly, welcoming look.

The porch stretches across the entirefront a nd wraps around the left side, where it is accessible from both the master suite and the back yard.

A deck by the nook and another next to the family room offer still more outdoor living space.

Dormer windows in the vaulted den and living room add natural light. The dining room and living room flow together.

The kitchen has a raised eating bar and some of the shelves in the large walk-in pantry are accessible from the kitchen.

This home has two fireplaces, one in the family room and one in the master suite.

This adult retreat also has a sky lights in the bathroom, twin basins and an elevated garden tub., and two walk-in closets.

Two of the secondary bedrooms share a bathroom and bedroom four has all the amenities of a second master suite.

Utilities, including a freezer and pull-down ironing board, are convenient to the bedrooms as well as to a large garage with storage and a shop area.
