Tim Hoefer is my guest today. He and his wife Julie own and operate Elk Ridge Campground along the 410 Highway in Yakima Valley. My family recently took a trip to the area and found his campground online. After staying two nights, I decided that Tim would be a great guest, with his knowledge and launch pad to area hikes and breweries.
