Bothell woman injured by box cutter dies

BOTHELL — The Snohomish County sheriff’s office says a 48-year-old woman who was found with critical injuries from a box cutter has died at Harborview Medical Center.

The sheriff’s office says the woman’s estranged husband who also has box cutter wounds remains in intensive care Monday at the Seattle hospital.

The case was reported as possible domestic violence when the two were found Thursday at an apartment in the Maltby area near Bothell.
