Everett: $23,929 to Everett’s Perteet Inc. for riverfront survey work by the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway line.

$7,875 to Bellevue-based commercial real estate appraiser Allen Brackett Shedd for appraisal work on the riverfront property.

$100,000 of a $200,000 contract with the state Department of Ecology for the riverfront cleanup plan, including drilling new wells to test for arsenic, manganese and iron levels in the groundwater.

$33,858 to Verizon Northwest for service to eight telephone lines.

Lake Stevens: $90 to Everett Community College for flagger certification class tuition.

$2,593.34 to Pacific Rim Code Services of Everett for building code review services.

$773.25 to Washington Audiology of Seattle for hearing tests for current employees as required under state law.

Lynnwood: $56,359 to DKS and Associates of Seattle to develop a new traffic signal timing plan for Highway 99.

$10,000 to the Edmonds School District and St. Thomas More School for environmental education projects.

Monroe: $370 to Haight Carpet of Monroe for new office blinds.

$203 to Keller Supply Co. of Monroe for sink repair.

$1,045 to Kesselring’s of Burlington for ammunition.

Snohomish: $32 to DataQuest of Everett for pre-employment background checking.

$36,672 to Lance Harvey Trucking of Snohomish for Pine Avenue storm sewer project.

$917 to Loren R. Waxler of Everett for a public defender contract for February.
