CONCRETE — A Darrington woman died in a one-vehicle crash Sunday night near Concrete in Skagit County.
The woman, 24, was driving a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe on Concrete Sauk Valley Road around 8 p.m. when the SUV lost control on a curve, veered left, hit a berm and rolled over, according to the Washington State Patrol.
She was not wearing a seatbelt. Her identity was pending notification of her family.
A passenger, also a woman from Darrington, was not injured.
Speed was a cause of the fatal collision, according to the State Patrol.
