EVERETT — A young man with cognitive issues has been missing from north Everett since December, police said in a public bulletin Thursday.
Ndayisaba John, 19, was last seen Dec. 11, as he left his home without shoes in the 800 block of Linden Street, in the Delta neighborhood, according to Everett police. He was wearing a black short-sleeved T-shirt and gray cargo pants.
John has brown eyes and black hair. He’s about 5-foot-11 and 140 pounds.
“Ndayisaba has a history of mental health issues and his family is concerned about his welfare,” police wrote.
The case had recently been assigned to a detective, and that prompted a public notice, Everett officer Aaron Snell said.
Anyone with information about John’s whereabouts is asked to call 911, or the Everett police tip line at 425-257-8450.
