Garden club adorns entries to Mountlake Terrace

The Mountlake Terrace Garden Club planted flowers at city entry sites on June 1. The all-volunteer club plants and cares for the flowers each spring and summer. Proceeds from a Mother’s Day hanging basket sale paid for the flowers.
In all, the club maintains six garden areas around the city.
New members are needed. Volunteers also are welcome for one or more seasonal stints during the growing season. No special skills or experience is necessary.
