Ham radio courses offered in Brier

Brier: Amateur radio courses offered

The Emergency Services Coordinating Agency in south Snohomish County plans amateur radio or “ham radio” license courses starting Sept. 30.

The classes run for eight weeks on Monday evenings at Brier City Hall. There are options for beginners and mid-level operators. The class is free, but there are some costs for materials. The class ends with an FCC licensing exam.
