Lynnwood: Shopper turns in wallet, $900
St. Christopher was known as the patron saint of travelers, but he’s just as good at dealing with lost items, dispatchers in the Lynnwood Police Department discovered Thursday.
Someone turned in a wallet found on the floor in the Alderwood mall to the police department about 8 p.m. The wallet contained $900 in cash, a Medicaid card, a Social Security card and two St. Christopher medals, dispatchers said.
The dispatchers tracked down the woman using information from her Medicaid card and returned the wallet to her late Thursday.
