EDMONDS — A man who was arrested after a fatal shooting in Edmonds was released from jail on Tuesday evening.
Prosecutors have not sought charges.
On Wednesday, prosecutors said the case remained under investigation and they declined to comment further.
A SeaTac man, 23, was shot and killed Friday at the Edmonds Senior Center, where a rowdy party was underway in rented space.
Afterward, Edmonds police arrested two men, both 21. One was described as the suspected shooter. The other was accused of being the getaway driver.
The alleged driver also has been released.
No additional updates on the case, including the name of the deceased, were provided Wednesday.
