MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — Three robbers held up a marijuana store at gunpoint Thursday night.
The trio entered Fweedom Cannabis around 11:15 p.m. on 64th Avenue W. One of the robbers aimed a handgun at the two employees, Mountlake Terrace Deputy Police Chief Pete Caw said.
The robbers ran north from the scene with cash, merchandise and personal property from workers. A police dog could not find the suspects, but an employee’s phone was recovered along the likely escape route.
Officers described the suspects as males. It’s not clear if they were boys or men. Fuller descriptions had not been released. Detectives were reviewing security images to try to identify the suspects, Caw said.
