Today is the last day for voters to update their registrations in time to participate in the Feb. 19 presidential primary.
Voters who have moved within the state must update their registration by midnight.
First-time voters not registered in Washington state have until Feb. 4 to register in person for a presidential primary ballot.
Voters who have a state driver’s license or state ID card can change their registration at www.secstate.wa.gov.
Voters also can print registration forms from that Web site and mail them in. Mailed registration changes must be postmarked no later than today.
The secretary of state and Snohomish County Web sites have more details about the primary. For Snohomish County details, go to www.snoco.org and search “presidential.”
The state set up a MySpace site for the presidential primary election at www.myspace.com/secstatewa.
Snohomish County plans to mail ballots Jan. 31. About 1,800 overseas and military ballots went in the mail Friday.
