LYNNWOOD — Police released a video of two men smashing a glass case and stealing jewelry from a store in Alderwood mall on Tuesday.
The men, dressed in black hooded sweatshirts and blue gloves, walked into Ben Bridge Jewelers around 5:30 p.m. Much of their faces were covered.
A couple of women hurried out of the store, walking right by the men.
One of the suspects pulled out an object similar to a sledgehammer and broke the glass to one of the jewelry cases, said Lynnwood police Cmdr. Sean Doty.
They stole several watches and left through the north end of the mall, Doty said. Police were not able to find them.
Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call the Lynnwood Police Department at 425-670-5600 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
