Allow vote in Senate on restoring government funding

Seems to us the Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, by failing to allow a vote on existing legislation for government funding, is not acting in the best interests of the American people and should therefore be required to bring that legislation to the Senate floor for a vote by date certain through a mandamus from the U.S. Supreme Court.
