Cartoon about Hamas’ attack on Israel misstated choice presented

Regarding a recent editorial cartoon, the artist’schallenge was to choose a solution not a side in the current war between Israel and Hamas. He completely misstates the choice.

The choice is not between Jews and Muslims. It is not between Israelis and Palestinians. The choice is between humanity and inhumanity.

I will make a choice. I choose humanity. I stand with Israel.
