Court decision fails to serve justice

I have never written before, but I feel I just have to say something.

Roxanne Doll, 7-years-old, was abducted, raped and had multiple stab wounds to her neck. She was dumped on a hillside.

Her killer, Richard Matthew Clark, was convicted of aggravated murder. I applaud the jury for his conviction and they found no reason to spare his life – hurrah!

The Washington state Supreme Court reversed the death penalty because jurors were told of a previous conviction involving Clark and a 4-year-old girl’s imprisonment.

I see why our courts and jails are so full and no justice is ever done. This is ridiculous and makes me sick to my stomach.

Give Roxanne Doll and her family some justice -you will sleep well at night knowing justice was served humanely and swiftly

We need more judges and people with common sense and backbone to clear the courts. This is another wake-up call, America. Don’t let them get away with it.
