Develop system, test it on target groups

I’ve had a new thought about health care.

Whenever our government and drug companies decide what is best for all people, every government and drug company employee who gets their health care covered can go on this new program for two years to see how well it covers all their needs before the whole country is forced to use it. This goes for all CEOs of drug companies, senators and representatives, judges, lobbyists, governors, etc.

We need someone to work out all the bugs.
