Enell has right plan for smart growth

Island County needs a change of purpose on the Island County Board of Commissioners. We need a commissioner who won’t be a rubber stamp for the rampant growth crowd. We need someone who will keep Whidbey and Camano islands special, beautiful, natural havens from over-development, traffic and pollution.

Dean Enell has the intelligence, experience and ability to bring Island County’s complex problems into sync with our desire to keep taxes as low as possible and still provide a safe, clean, efficiently run county government.

I’m impressed with Dean Enell’s environmental background. He supports smart growth, not no-growth. Enell will give us new ideas, proven ideas, 21st century ideas!

And he won’t be a rubber stamp for ugly over-growth that the current Republican administration favors.
