Sen. J.D. Vance’s comment about cats notwithstanding, his criticism about childless moms was a direct insult to me and my wife (may God rest her soul). Despite everything we and medical science could do, she never conceived.
She did however, as an OB GYN registered nurse delivered other moms’ babies and counseled young mothers for 44 years despite knowing she would never birth her own child.
If J.D. is the best the Republicans can come up with, I’ll not vote for Republicans this election.
