Small shop owners should pay share

We are told by those who care that we should pay a higher price for goods at the local stores because the local shop owners pay good benefits to the employees. If this is true then there should be no objection from the small shop owners if they are included in the insurance bill. Thus I suggest that the insurance bill include all retail stores with more than 50 employees. Fifty employees should be a large enough group to get group rates. This shouldn’t cost the small shop owners anything because they already are paying out more than 9 percent for their employees’ medical benefits, right?
