Update on man, eagle a great read

Thank you so much for the update story about Jeff Guidry and Freedom. (April 30 article, “Eagle and Monroe man are a pair of survivors.”)

I’ll never forget the story you first published of their incredible bond and have told many others of their story.

I can only imagine the wonder Jeff felt when Freedom encircled him with her wings and touched “noses” with him.

Thanks to Jeff’s story, I can feel the wonder.
