Very little land left for the people

It is probably no consolation to residents of mobile home parks, but there is a land problem. Forty-five percent of the land in Washington state is under the control of some form of government. In Oregon it is 60 percent. We must add to that, land held in private forest and land reserves, large scale farming and commercial property. There is limited room for the folks.
