I have been following this case from the beginning and am wondering why Everett Police Chief Jim Scharf hasn’t settled this mess. Why can’t he see Officer Troy Meade was found liable in the civil case? They apparently think Officer Steve Klocker’s credibility isn’t good. I don’t think much of the chief’s credibility, either.

How about the border guards who wounded the drug dealer? They each got 10 years in prison. They didn’t fire seven or more rounds at him.

What Meade is getting in pay for doing nothing — I might get that in three years on my fixed income. Don’t forget we’re all paying the lawyer with our tax money.

I was drafted into the service at age 17, fought in World War II and Korea. I get a small disability from the Army. I was told with my disability I would get my taxes reduced. I went to the courthouse to get my taxes taken care of — I was told I make too much money.
