• The Bruce Karr Memorial 5K Fun Run/Walk is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Aug. 6 in Snohomish. The run and walk take place on the Centennial Trail. The registration fee is $25 ($30 the day of the event). • The StingRay Swim Club is offering Swim Lessons for ages 3 and older. The cost is $67 for eight 30-minute lessons. Partial scholarships are available for kids on a reduced-lunch program at school. • The City of Mountlake Terrace is offering one-week Tennis Camps for players ages 7-13.
