HILLSBORO — The Everett AquaSox took advantage of a sloppy game by the Hillsboro Hops to win 10-6 on Friday night for their sixth straight victory.
The Hops committed four errors, threw five wild pitches and hit two batters in the game.
Ben Ramirez went 3-for-5 with two RBI, Blake Rambush finished 3-for-4 with a double, triple and two RBI, and Harry Ford had two hits, including a double, for Everett (35-32).
Melendez went 4-for-5 with a home run, two doubles and two RBI for Hillsboro (24-43).
