Diseased animals must be removed

It doesn’t take a certified genius to suggest that the FDA, USDA, and by executive order, if necessary, the federal government immediately require that any diseased or disordered animal used for food to be buried in a landfill or cremated.
As a citizen of a country that prides itself on being advanced among nations, I always assumed that this was being done. I am, to say the least, extremely disappointed in this government’s lack of reasonable care in overseeing our food supply.
