Gregoire to remain in office, judge rules

Gov. Christine Gregoire can remain in office, a judge ruled this morning.
Republicans challenged the 2004 general election results, which gave Gregoire a razor-thin victory over Republican Dino Rossi.
Chelan County Superior Court Judge John E. Bridges announced the ruling.
