Terrace hands Kamiak its first loss

MUKILTEO — Mountlake Terrace pitcher Cori Seidlitz had 10 strikeouts and walked just three while pitching a complete game shutout against Kamiak, gaining the 5-0 Wesco South victory Thursday at Kamiak High School.
“She had good velocity and kept the hitters off balance,” opposing coach Bill Bowker said.
Kamiak struggled on defense committing seven errors.
“We didn’t play as well as we’re capable of,” Bowker said.
Amanda Kristjanson of Mountlake Terrace was 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run.
