Boys track J Hopkins and Rendel Jones of Everett each produced personal-best marks this season in their respective events in a win over Oak Harbor and Mountlake Terrace. Hopkins ran the 300-meter hurdles in a state-best time of 38.58 seconds. Jones leapt 46 feet, 5.25 inches in the triple jump.

Baseball Aaron West of Snohomish pitched a five-inning no-hitter and batted 3-for-4 with a double, run scored and four RBI in a 13-0 win over Oak Harbor.

Boys soccer Dylan Gaddy of Kamiak scored all five goals in a 5-0 win over Lynnwood.

Girls golf Maggie Burton of Everett scored 33 Stableford points to medal and lead the Seagulls to a win over Lake Stevens and Mountlake Terrace.

Softball Marissa Lewis of Marysville-Pilchuck hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the seventh inning to give M-P a 2-0 win over Arlington.

Girls track Kirsten Smith of Everett won all three throws (shot put, discus and javelin) to lead the Seagulls past Oak Harbor and Mountlake Terrace.

Girls tennis Chelsea Boulton of Arlington lost the first set, but won a second-set tiebreaker en route to a three-set win at No. 2 singles, giving the Eagles a 4-3 win over Cascade.
