Girls swimming

Kendall Vincelette of Marysville-Pilchuck swam a 4A state meet qualifying time of one minute, 0.79 seconds in the 100-yard butterfly and swam on two winning relays, including the meet-clinching 400 freestyle relay in a 96-90 win over Kamiak. She also swam on two winning relays and tied for first in the 50 freestyle in a 110-62 win over Stanwood.

Boys tennis

Alex Fredrickson and Will Henson of Edmonds-Woodway won their No. 3 doubles match in three sets (2-6, 6-3, 6-2) to give the Warriors a 4-3 win over Shorewood, enabling E-W to remain in a tie for first place in the Wesco South dual-meet standings.

Football

Cameron Woolsey of Snohomish rushed 11 times for 108 yards and three touchdowns and had five tackles and two interceptions, including one to end Monroe’s last possession in a 35-28 victory.

Girls soccer

Sam Pettinger of Archbishop Murphy scored three goals in an 11-1 win over Coupeville and two unassisted goals in a 2-1 win over Cedarcrest.

Volleyball

Kylin Munoz of Monroe had 29 kills, nine digs and three aces in a 3-1 win over Edmonds-Woodway.

Boys cross country

Taylor Guske of Lakewood led his team to victory in a three-way Cascade Conference meet, covering the 3.1-mile course at Sultan in 16 minutes, 28 seconds.

Girls cross country

Olivia Thomas of King’s was first in a three-team Cascade Conference meet at Sultan, covering the 3.1-mile course in 19 minutes, 50 seconds and finished first in the King’s Invite in 19:35.
