People

Crystal Donner, has been named interim president of Perteet, Inc., an engineering firm with offices in Everett, Seattle and Snoqualmie. Donner has been with Perteet since 1996 and brings more than 20 years of experience to this role. Donner is the current chairwoman of the Everett Chamber of Commerce and executive board member of the Imagine! Children’s Museum. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the College of Civil and Environmental Engineering and on the board of Leadership Snohomish County. The company’s current president, Kevin Weed, has resigned after nearly 20 years with Perteet.

Everett Physical Therapy and Sports Performance Center, an affiliate of Integrated Rehabilitation Group, has been appointed athletic trainer for the Washington Stealth, Everett’s new National Lacrosse League team. The center also provides athletic training and physical therapy services to the Everett Silvertips. Clinic director Mike McLaury has been named head athletic trainer for the Stealth.

Patrick and Kathy Regan, who previously ran the restaurant at the Marysville municipal golf course, now operate the restaurant at the Gleneagle Golf Course, 7619 E. Country Club Drive, Arlington. For more information, call 360-474-9955.

Bob Galteland, president and CEO of Reid Middleton, Inc., in Everett, has been named a Designated Design-Build Professional. Galteland completed 42 hours of coursework and a two-hour exam.

Training

Linda Neunzig of Ninety Farms in Arlington will teach a new class at Edmonds Community College in small farm management during winter quarter. Register now at getstarted.edcc.edu. Last day to register for the three-credit class is Jan. 15. The fee is $241.80 plus admission and student fees. Classes run from Jan. 4 until March 19.

Good deeds

Canyon Creek Cabinet Co. of Monroe recently donated wood to a local group of toymakers. The group plans to make about 200 puzzles, pull toys and wooden animals to give to local women’s shelters this month.
