No Discover Pass needed at state parks on Saturday

You won’t need to pay to park at state parks on Saturday. Each year, Washington State Parks designate a number of free days. Saturday is the third this year. Check out where to find state parks here. (The North Puget Sound region and Northwest region maps are most useful for near Snohomish County.) The rest of the free days this year are:

  • April 22 – Earth Day
  • May 10 – Sunday spring day
  • June 6 – National Trails Day
  • June 13 – National Get Outdoors Day
  • August 25 – National Park Service birthday
  • September 26 –National Public Lands Day
  • November 11 – Veteran’s Day weekend
