Man uses pepper spray in Portland bar robbery

PORTLAND, Ore. — Police are searching for a man who used pepper spray during the robbery of a North Portland bar.

Sgt. Pete Simpson said Wednesday a worker and two customers at Darcy’s bar reported that a man wearing a blue hoodie entered the place, deployed pepper spray and then stole cash.

He then left the bar and possibly got into a vehicle. No suspects were found during a search of the area.
