SHORELINE — Glacier Peak erupted for a combined 14 runs in the first two innings Wednesday night and never looked back on its way to a Wesco 3A/2A South win over Shorecrest.
Nina Kim hit a home run on a 3-for-5 night at the plate and teammate Abby Winckler added a home run of her own while going 3-for-4.
Jocelyn Matheny went 3-for-4 with two doubles for the Grizzlies and Lauren Nicksic went 2-for-3 with a double.
Ivey Uppinghouse, Brynne Loiseau and Olivia Nolan had a double each for the Scots.
