Here’s the official injury report for the Seattle Seahawks’ game Thursday night at the San Francisco 49ers:

SEATTLE

Out: CB Marcus Burley (hand), C Patrick Lewis (ankle), LB Nick Moody (ankle), FB Derrick Coleman (concussion), DT Jordan Hill (quadriceps).

Doubtful: none.

Notes: Seattle coach Pete Carroll confirmed Wagner will be back after missing Sunday’s 27-23 loss to Carolina, as will Clark and Smith. Lewis won’t make it back in time for Thursday, meaning Drew Nowak regains the starting center position. Burley is practicing with the team, but won’t be back until next week. Receiver Paul Richardson (knee), who is 100-percent healthy and now eligible to come off the physically-unable-to-perform list, isn’t being activated this week because of the short week of preparation. Linebacker Brock Coyle (knee), placed on injured reserve Tuesday with the designation to return, underwent surgery Tuesday.

Coleman, who suffered his injury in last week’s car crash, hasn’t been cleared yet. Running back Fred Jackson, who had a car accident of his own Tuesday, is fine and will play Thursday.

SAN FRANCISCO

Doubtful: none,

Questionable: WR Anquan Bolden (hamstring), T Erik Pears (back), RB Carols Hyde (foot).

Notes: The 49ers are largely healthy, though the questionable trio of Bolden, Pears and Hyde are all offensive starters. Bush, who was inactive last week, appears set to return.
