ARLINGTON — Lakewood’s Stephanie Smith scored twice as the Cougars took down South Whidbey in a Cascade Conference match on Thursday.

Alyssa Palmer also put one in the net for Lakewood and goalkeepers Prestyn LaLone and Hailey Kohler contributed towards the shutout.
