BLOG: Carter Hart, Team Canada take the game outdoors

Riley Sutter put up a career night Wednesday in the Everett Silvertips’ 11-0 rout of the host Vancouver Giants at Langley Events Centre.
Sutter had four goals and an assist as the Tips showed no ill effects from an 1o-day holiday layoff. But while Sutter was scoring goals, his roommate and teammate Carter Hart remains focused on stopping them.
Hart and Team Canada didn’t play Thursday, but they did practice outside at Buffalo’s New Era Stadium where they will take on the United States today:

The outdoor facility shouldn’t be an issue for most of Team Canada, per TSN:

Meanwhile, Slovakia shocked Team USA 3-2 Thursday night, dropping the Americans to 1-1. Canada thoroughly dominated Slovakia 6-0 on Wednesday with Hart serving as backup.
