Boys basketball
Bobby Martin, Glacier Peak
Martin, a senior, scored 25 points in the Grizzlies’ 50-49 win over Skyline on Saturday in a 4A state regional contest. His basket with 4.3 seconds left provided Glacier Peak with the winning margin. The Grizzlies clinched a berth to this week’s 4A Hardwood Classic with the victory.

Jillian Heichel, Stanwood
Heichel, a senior, scored 20 points in the Spartans’ 80-60 win over Lynnwood on Saturday in a 3A state regional contest. Stanwood secured a spot in this week’s 3A Hardwood Classic with the win.
