MONROE — Matthias Guerra hit a baseline jumper with a minute to play to give Monroe the lead as the Bearcats rallied from a six-point deficit entering the fourth quarter to beat Snohomish.

Steve Kuhnle scored a team-high 11 points, including six in the fourth quarter, and Guerra had nine points for Monroe (1-0).

Kyle Hampton scored a game-high 14 points for Snohomish (0-1).
