Thursday’s AquaSox game in Spokane postponed

SPOKANE — The Everett AquaSox’s game against Spokane scheduled for Thursday night was postponed due to unplayable field conditions.

According to Spokane, a makeup date will be announced at a later time.

Everett (68-54, 34-22 second half), entered the day 2.5 games behind Vancouver in the Northwest League second-half standings and 6.5 games in front of third-place Eugene.

If Vancouver, which won the first-half race and clinched a playoff berth, also wins the second half, the second-place team from the second half will advance to the NWL championship series.
