Robber armed with firearm flees Snohomish bank

SNOHOMISH — Deputies were looking for a man who robbed a Snohomish bank Tuesday afternoon, according to the sheriff’s office.
Around 3:45 p.m., deputies responded to a robbery at Wells Fargo at 1219 13th St., sheriff’s spokesperson Courtney O’Keefe said. The robber reportedly fled on foot.
No injuries were reported inside the building, O’Keefe said.
The robber was described as a skinny white male in all black clothing, carrying a black “cross over” bag. He appeared to be 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-9.
Deputies reported the man had a gun. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
Police dogs were searching the area Tuesday.
