Kamiak 75, Cascade 66

EVERETT — Grady Rohrich’s career-best 31 points helped Kamiak pull away in its league opener and improve to 2-1 overall. Max Christensen added 19 points and Aaron Pierra chipped in with 14 for the Knights. For Cascade (1-2, 0-1), Mason Zimmerman and Gavin Wright each tallied 18 points, while Andrew Mitchell contributed 14, and Brandon Lagutang added 10.

Wesco 3A/2A North

Monroe 71, Stanwood 49

The Bearcats pulled away with a 22-9 third quarter to improve to 3-0 overall and pick up a win in their league opener. Chayce Waite-Kellar recorded a double-double with 13 points and 14 rebounds, and Wyatt Prohn scored a game-high 20 points to go along with four assists and three steals. Isaiah Kiehl tallied 14 points and five assists for Monroe. Jeff Brager hit five 3-point baskets to share the team-high scoring honors with Cole Thorson for Stanwood (0-2, 0-1).

Mountlake Terrace 70, Lynnwood 33

LYNNWOOD — Svayjeet Singh scored 12 points and Brody Myers-Little and Rayshaun Connor each scored 12 as the Hawks improved to 2-0 overall and 1-0 in league. Lynnwood dropped to 0-1, 0-3.

Non-league

Arlington 68, Lincoln 52

FIFE — Leyton Martin’s triple-double — 21 points, 12 rebounds and 13 assists — led the Eagles to a third straight win to open the season. Billy Kooy scored a team-high 23 points for Arlington.

Edmonds-Woodway 63, Bishop Blanchet 38

SEATTLE — Cam Hiatt led the Warriors (2-0) overall with 17 points as they took a 36-8 halftime lead and cruised the rest of the way. Grant Williams added 11 points for E-W.

LYNDEN — Devin Freeman scored 16 points, but the Vikings dipped to 1-2 overall.

Mountlake Terrace 55, Lynnwood 53

LYNNWOOD — Ena Dodik led Lynnwood (0-2 overall, 0-1 league) with 13 points, but the Hawks improved to 2-0, 1-0. Individual statistics were not reported for Mountlake Terrace.

Archbishop Murphy 80, Shorecrest 59

SHORELINE — Led by junior guard Brooke Blachly’s 14 points, four Wildcats — including Ava Marr (13), Celine Wright (11) and Taylor Cushing (10) — scored in double figures as the Wildcats won their league opener and improved to 3-0 overall. Cassie Chesnut, a 6-foot-2 senior center, poured in a game-high 21 for the Scots (1-2, 0-1) while Anna Usitalo added 14.

MONROE — The Spartans survived the Bearcats in overtime.
