Everett Rotary honors Students of the Month

The Rotary Club of Everett on Feb. 28 honored three teens as Students of the Month.

Everett High School student Nancy Barraza plans on attending Washington State University this coming fall and studying for a degree in psychology. Her interest is in helping individuals with disabilities.

Sequoia High School student Alise Sheppard is on track to graduate this spring after overcoming educational challenges. She intends to study at the Gene Jaurez Academy and hopes to add a degree in business to assist her with opening her own salon.

Cascade High School student Elizabeth Wilson intends on attending either Washington State University or Gonzaga. Her interest is in studying either chemistry or biology as well as being able to help others.
