Police: Body found near 40th and Broadway in Everett

EVERETT — A passerby spotted a body in a brushy area off 40th Street and west of Broadway on Friday, Everett police reported.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner will try to determine a cause and manner of death, police officer Aaron Snell said. The body was that of a male, but no age range was immediately available.
The report came in sometime between the late morning and early afternoon.
The area is near parking lots for Everett School District headquarters and Memorial Stadium.
