THEATER

“Living Together”: Red Curtain presents “Living Together” 7 p.m. April 16-17 via Zoom. Three siblings and their significant others spend a tumultuous weekend together in the English countryside, when the youngest sister makes plans for a secret rendezvous out of town. Her plans are quickly undone by her family’s meddling, leaving them all stuck and at each other’s throats in their mother’s small home. Tickets are $15. Everett’s Got Talent: The Historic Everett Theatre is hosting a talent contest for which video auditions must be submitted by May 21 to enter. The three categories are: 9 to 17 years old, 18 to 29 years old and 30 and older. Fans and judges will choose the top 40-50 contestants for a live contest Aug. 21 and 22 at the 118-year-old theater, 2911 Colby Ave, Everett. The winner from each age category will receive a $500 cash prize, with the overall winner receiving $1,000, as well as a front of the line passes for “America’s Got Talent,” “The Voice,” “American Idol” and/or NBC’s “Little Big Shots.” Go to www.yourhistoriceveretttheatre.org for more information.

Edmonds Driftwood Players: Wade James Theatre, 950 Main St., Edmonds; www.edmondsdriftwoodplayers.org; 425-774-9600. Driftwood’s 2021-2022 season has yet to be announced.

Village Theatre: Everett Performing Arts Center, 2710 Wetmore Ave.; 425-257-8600; www.villagetheatre.org/everett. The 2021-2022 season includes: “Mama Mia!,” “Hello, Dolly!,” “Deathtrap,” “Making Tracks” and “Ain’t Misbehavin’.” Season tickets for all five shows are $130-$390.

Phoenix Theatre: 9673 Firdale Ave., Edmonds; 206-533-2000; www.tptedmonds.org. ​Phoenix Theatre’s 2021-2022 season includes “The Miser,” “Inspecting Carol,” “37 Postcards,” “Mama Won’t Fly” and “Skin Flick.” Season tickets for all five performances are $110 for adults and $98 for seniors, students and military.

Red Curtain: The Red Curtain Arts Center, 9315 State Ave., Suite J, Marysville (in the Goodwill shopping center, behind the Everett Community College cosmetology school); 360-322-7402; www.redcurtainfoundation.org. Red Curtain’s 2021-2022 season includes “And Then There Were None,” “Miracle on 34th Street,” “She Kills Monsters,” “As You Like It,” “The Rememberer,” “Into the Woods” and “Legendary Tales: Heroes and Monsters.” Season tickets for all seven shows are $125 for adults or $105 for seniors, students and military.

DANCE

Olympic Ballet Theatre: Watch two virtual productions via YouTube in April. One recording is a performance of “Efanora,” choreographed by Vincent Michael Lopez with Spectrum Theater. The other is a performances of “In a Clearing,” choreographed by Karl Watson with Whim W’him Contemporary Dance Co. Both productions are free, but there is a suggested donation of $25. COMEDY

The Dope Show: Watch comedians perform a sober set, then take a short intermission to get stoned, and get back on stage to perform under the influence 8 p.m. April 16 at the Historic Everett Theatre, 2911 Colby Ave., Everett. Features a variety of nationally touring comics — many who have never indulged before. Headliners are Mike Coletta, Luke Severeid and Andrew Rivers. Tickets $20-$35. “Stream of Consciousness:” “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” veterans Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood will deliver their indelible humor in a livestream improv show via Zoom. Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett presents “Stream of Consciousness” at 5 p.m. April 17, May 8, May 15, May 22 and June 5. Tickets are $35. Number of passes are limited. The Capitol Steps: This troupe of former congressional staffers travels the country satirizing the politicians who once employed them. And almost no one is funnier than a politician. Paula Poundstone: The American stand-up comedian, author, actress, interviewer and commentator will perform 7:30 p.m. July 16 at the Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 Fourth Ave. N., Edmonds.
