Can you give these two cats or dog a home?
Mr. Bean has a ton of personality and a lot to say! He is very friendly and confident. He has lived with dogs and cats and enjoys the company. Mr. Bean has been passed around quite a bit and is ready to find his forever home. If you’re ready for a spicy senior dog to live out his days, come meet this little guy! We are unsure how Bean would be around small children. Children in the home will need to be over the age of 7. (Curt Story / Everett Animal Shelter)
Mr. Wiggles is a handsome boy looking for a new forever home. He’s an independent cat who is looking for a calm home. We don’t know how he is around dogs or children, so a slow, careful introduction would be needed. (Arleigh Movitz/Everett Animal Shelter)
Serendipity has so many great qualities, it’s hard to know where to start! Her personality is warm and friendly toward people and small dogs, she likes to snuggle in laps, she’s playful (favorite toy — ping pong balls), and she uses a scratching post and litter box very well. Added to that, Serendipity is young, petite and beautiful! (Arleigh Movitz/Everett Animal Shelter)

The Everett Animal Shelter hosts thousands of stray and unwanted animals every year. Some are adopted right away, but some sit in the shelter for weeks at a time, waiting for a home. The shelter has dogs and cats, as well as some rabbits and birds, all looking for a loving home.

All pets are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and given a identifying microchip before they are adopted. Take a look at some of the dogs, cats and other animals that are available for adoption at the shelter now. Here is the previous post featuring animals up for adoption.

If you’re interested in adopting an animal, the shelter is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 425-257-6000.
