$1,495 to Nextel Communications of Reston, Va., for police department cell phones.

Lake Stevens

$25,000 to Earthworks Northwest of Lake Stevens in a partnership with the company to rebuild a segment of Old Hartford Road in front of the business.

Monroe

$364 to Ball &Gillespie Polygraph of Edmonds for pre-employment polygraph.

$1,715 to Monroe Monitor for advertising.

$2,184 to Snohomish County Fire District 3 for patrol vehicle maintenance.

Snohomish

$941 to the city of Everett for wastewater testing.

$460 to Copiers Northwest of Seattle for copier maintenance at City Hall.

$116,086 to Gary Harper Construction of Snohomish for manhole replacement and installation.
